These General Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.kenduro.bg (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Internet page") and constitute a condition for registration and use of the Website and the services offered by www.teo.kenduro.com. Therefore, it is necessary to read them carefully and, if you do not agree with them or any part of them, to immediately discontinue using the Website.

Terminology:

  • "General Terms" or "Terms" – refers to these General Terms and Conditions.

  • "Website" or "Internet page" – refers to the internet address www.kenduro.bg.

  • "User" or "You" – refers to an individual using the Website and/or the provided goods.

  • "Company" or "We" – refers to "Kenduro" Ltd., registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC 207045135.

  • "Supplier" – refers to "Econt Express" Ltd., registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC 117047646. OR DHL Express Sergices

  • "Contract" – refers to a distance sales contract for goods between the Company and the User.

www.teo.kenduro.com is an online platform where Users can purchase goods offered by www.teo.kenduro.com.

www.teo.kenduro.com is administered and managed by "Kenduro" Ltd., registered in Bulgaria, UIC 207045135, with headquarters and management address: Republic of Bulgaria, Blagoevgrad Region, Bansko Municipality, Bansko, 2770, 29 Pirin Street.

Scope of these Terms and Conditions

These rules constitute both the General Terms and Conditions for using www.kenduro.bg and an agreement between the User and "Kenduro" Ltd.

By registering on the Website, Users fully agree with these General Terms and Conditions and declare that they have read and understood them.

If a User does not agree with these General Terms and Conditions or any part thereof, they must cease using the Website.

If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid by a court ruling, the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

By registering on the Website, you confirm and declare your agreement with the following:

  • To use this Website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

  • To make only valid inquiries and orders.

  • Not to place fraudulent or false orders.

All industrial property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, owned by "Kenduro" Ltd., may be used solely and exclusively by "Kenduro" Ltd.

Trademarks published on the Website that are not owned by "Kenduro" Ltd. belong to third parties who may or may not be affiliated with "Kenduro" Ltd. Unauthorized use of these industrial property rights is a violation of third-party rights.

Users are not allowed to use any intellectual and/or industrial property rights posted on the Website without permission.

For any unauthorized use, Users are required to compensate "Kenduro" Ltd. and/or the relevant entity whose rights have been infringed.

Who can use the Website?

www.teo.kenduro.com may be used by individuals who are at least 16 years old at the time of use.

Presentation of Goods

The Website categorizes goods into the following sections:

Each product listing on the Website includes a description, an image, and pricing information.

"Kenduro" Ltd. is not responsible for inaccuracies in product descriptions that do not pertain to key product characteristics and does not claim that the provided information is exhaustive.

Orders

You have the right to order any available goods listed on the Website. When placing an order, you can choose the type of goods, size and color (if applicable), quantity, delivery method, and payment method, according to the options available on the Website.

You may review the selected goods, their quantity, and price before finalizing your order.

You can modify your selected goods before confirming your order.

The distance sales contract for the goods offered on our Website is concluded through one of the following methods:

a) Through our Website, following these steps:

  1. Register on  www.teo.kenduro.com by entering your first name, last name, and email address (if you do not already have an account).

  2. Log in using your email and password.

  3. Select one or more available goods from the relevant section by clicking “Add.”

  4. Proceed to “Your Cart.”

  5. Click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  6. Enter your details (first and last name, address within the country, phone, email).

  7. Enter delivery details (if different from your main address).

  8. Review your selected items.

  9. Choose a payment method.

  10. Complete payment (if paying by card).

After placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been registered.

Once we process your order, you will receive an email either confirming or rejecting the purchase.

b) By phone call to a number listed on the Website.

In this case, your order is placed via oral communication with a company representative. The company will confirm the order via email, and you must confirm acceptance of the order via email. The contract is considered concluded once your email confirmation is received.

If an item is out of stock, you will be informed by a phone call from our representative.

Delivery of Purchased Goods

Orders will be delivered within the deadlines set by the Supplier, but no later than 30 days from the date of contract conclusion.

In case of delivery delays, you will be promptly informed via email or phone.

Delivery is conducted through "Econt Express" Ltd.

 

Payment

Payment for ordered goods can be made via:

  • Cash on delivery for Bulgaria Only

  • Bank card (via a third-party payment service provider)

Prices are displayed in the respective currency and include VAT.

Returns and Complaints

According to consumer protection laws, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery if they do not match the contract.

You can claim a refund, replacement, or a discount by submitting a complaint in writing to:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without reason, and without penalty.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

Limitation of Liability

"Kenduro" Ltd. is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, internet issues, or unauthorized third-party actions.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes between Users and "Kenduro" Ltd. shall be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent Bulgarian court.

These General Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 20, 2023.
